Adding some cheer to a Christmas party!

We got the enquiry at the beginning of November.  “We are looking into the cost of hiring a photo booth package for our Christmas party (140 people) on December 6th.  Not sure which package we would be interested in, but please could we have quotes and details for all?”  Now normally we would be struggling to help with a Friday evening in December.  Our booths get booked solid quite quickly.  Sometimes that’s repeat bookings but it can also be (as in this case) a new client.  Luckily we’ve invested in the past year in more photo booths just to try and match the demand.

So we were able to provide a traditional photo booth for the James Cowper Kreston Reading staff along with all the Christmas props and hats and signs that they needed.  This all took place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Reading.  We made sure that we were set up before everyone arrived as spacing was a bit tight.

Our standard Christmas photo booth hire package

Our standard Christmas photo booth hire package allows for 3 hours continuous hire, loads of props, unlimited prints, a photo album (if wanted), unlimited visits to the booth and, of course, upload to Facebook & our web site.  Unlimited prints is sometimes mis-represented by other companies.  What we mean is that we’ll print out a copy of the photos for each person in the booth.  So, if there are 5 people in then we’ll print out 5 copies.  If there were 10 people (like when we provide our open booths) – why then we’ll print out 10 copies.  Not forgetting 1 extra if there is a photo album.  And these are physical print outs.  Some companies have started offering “digital only” photo booth hire so no one goes home with a print out.  Half the fun of a photo booth hire is sharing and laughing at the actual print outs!
