Does your wedding need a photo booth? I know this may sound strange coming from a photo booth company, but we want you to make the correct decisions to suit your big day. Your thinking of cause we are going to say that your wedding needs a photo booth, but actually that might not be the case or even in some cases possible. Probably the first thing you would want to look at is your budget, have you planned for the price of a booth or have enough money left after the more essentials? You could get a “cheaper” photo booth for around £350. These aren’t the high quality product that we offer but will do a job of sorts. It’s also worth looking out for those sites attention grabbing on a price that you never seem to get. The next thing you are going to want to consider is around the other entertainment you have going on. With so much to choose from these days such as magicians, singing waiters, your disco and obviously your photo booth its worth remembering that your guests have come to celebrate your wedding. I often here “ i wish I had paid for that instead of this” making me feel that a photo booth is much more fun than any of the above while at the same time giving you something you can treasure forever! But before you pick up the phone to book you need to consider one more thing. Do you have room? It’s not just the photo booth that you need to consider for your floor space. I’m pretty sure that we have brought this up before in another blog (old now) that there are many different types of photo booth styles around these days, some better than others. With many weddings now becoming themed this can be fantastic, it means you can get the right booth to suite you. at our most recent event we were asked to bring our photo booth to a James Bond themed evening here in our home county of Cheshire. With the photo booths we carry we can full transform the look of the booth as we did on this occasion. So how do you get you booth to truly be yours? The first thing we would suggest is props. If you not sure what we are talking about think wigs / hats / glasses / masks that your guests wear when having their photos taken. this definitely adds an element of fun and are generally silly and outlandish. If you are having a theme at your wedding weather that be seaside, vintage, pirates or even a colour its worthwhile informing your photo booth company so that they can bring props that compliment what you want to achieve. Many companies now also offer a back drop, Green Screen or themed prints. This is becoming more and more popular with event hosts, especially in the corporate world. The idea is to capture your theme or brand onto every print that comes out. All this is possible, from a shark behind you for a sea side event or just your brand for your corporate promotion. Here at Luxury booth we often brand the prints rather than the background to ensure it is visible and not blocked by the people in the photo booth itself. Printing on the photo booth. Most of the premium photo booths are solid with rigid sides. These can be fully printed to have any image, logo or colour making your photo booth truly yours to match any event.
